Are you surprise that another girl sells virginity after the Natalie Dylan story? Yes, I am a little surprise that another woman auction off her virginity. But, I shouldn’t be that surprised after all of the publicity and the 3.7 million that Dylan received.

Alina Percea is the latest 18 year old girl to sell her virginity for 13,500. Percea was hoping to auction off her virginity for 55,000. The guy who won the auction was a 45 year old Italian business man. The Italian business man flew Percea to Venice to lose her virginity. Percea spent the day with the guy sightseeing and he gave her chocolates upon meeting for the first time. Wow, this seems almost like a getaway with a lover or a boyfriend.

The official business took place at a five star hotel. I was really surprised at how official or technical these were about the exchanging of the virginity. The Italian guy did require that Percea provide a medical certificate that proved she was a virgin. Also, Alin Percea required that the guy show proof that he didn’t have any STD’s. The couple had a night of unprotected sex and Percea took the Morning After Pill at breakfast.

Overall, Percea said that the experience was positive and she was attracted to the guy.

Do you think this is a sign of the times? Meaning, there are so much hardship in the world that women have to resort to selling their virginity. I have a feeling that their will be other headlines like “Girl Sells Virginity” in the media.

What Effect does Student Loans have on Credit Rating?

by Elizabeth on February 13, 2009

Many people are concern with how student loans affect their credit rating. Student loans can have a positive impact on your credit rating. The benefits of student loan being on the credit report are the aging of the student loan debt and the 100% active, positive reporting account.

It’s good to handle student loans with care because this debt will have a major affect on your credit rating. Credit rating will determine the amount of money you can borrow for the rest of your life. Moreover, credit rating will have an affect on your financial future. It’s really important to make on time payments and don’t default on your student loans.

Most companies will give a minimum of 10 years to pay a student loan. In addition, you can ask the company for more than 10 years to pay the student loan. If you can afford to pay more than minimum monthly payments on student loans then pay the student loan off early. This will lower the total interest over the life of the loan and have a positive effect on your credit rating.

Yes, student loans will have a positive effect if you are making on time payments. If you are not making on time payments then student loans can have a negative affect on your credit report.
